We are a small family and locally owned business. We can't offer the same type of return policy the billionaire owned mega stores with subscription services and physical locations can offer.

Having said that - as a family business, we touch every order. We make sure you get the correct book or item you ordered.

If you get the wrong book, we of course replace it with the correct one. Same for other items.

If something else is wrong, please let us know and we decide on a case by case basis.
