We here at unseenpress.com, Inc. - Historic Indiana Ghost Walks & Tours are proud of our tours. We have worked on the tours, research, paranormal investigations and working in the community since 2001. Nicole has written numerous books about the ghostly and historical sides of our stories. All ghost books included a lot of true history. Researched by us. Back in the day going into libraries (which we love) and running the microfilm/microfiche machines to copy off articles. We also went to the Ruth Lilly Library at IU Medicine in Indianapolis.
Not paid actors that read AI scripts!
Unlike horror stories we heard about recent Pop-Up chain "tours", we aren't paid actors or students reading or memorizing scripts that were written by corporate overlords using AI shortcuts to tell stories that often contain more falsehood and AI hallucinations than truth. Why would you spend your hard earned money on something fake?
Local connections, true believers
We have been in the community 24/7/365 for 20+ years and know ghosts. We know the non-profits we work with and fundraise for and promote and highlight during our walks and in our books. We work and promote and cooperate with many for-profits as well, like the wonderful Slippery Noodle Inn (oldest and we'd say best bar in Indiana - plus most haunted in our opinion).

The surge of corporate chain pop-up tours (many with AI scripts, fake reviews (in many places they have reviews already, even though they just started hiring guides and haven't given one tour!, shoddy reputation, corporate name changes to hide bad past reviews), makes it even more important now to support local. We have added a list below, started by our friends at Haunted of Richmond https://www.hauntsofrichmond.com/ that gives a great overview of some of the ghost tours we support and recommend. If you are in a city/town and can't find it on the list, look for one that isn't owned by a nation-wide pop-up place. Try to find the person who wrote the book about local haunts and does fundraisers locally, or see if the local Historical Society offers a spooky outing. Thank you so much!
